"The Arc Harrogate is a small but fantastic hotel. There were detailed instructions sent to me about everything before I arrived and I had a lovely warm welcome from the owner. The parking is on street parking, but the hotel provided the necessary permits, complete with a photo of how to display them and details of what time the parking ran out. The room could do with a little TLC with a wonky toilet seat, shower door loose and the creeking floor boards that added character to the room.
