"This is a very lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Very friendly staff, very welcoming and happy to help. The room was perfect - very clean and spacious. The breakfast was good - a help yourself buffet with a good variety of fresh and tasty food. Nice central location - a very short walk into the centre of Ostuni. All in all, it could not have been better. Would highly recommend. "

"We absolutely loved our stay here, it is one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The airline had lost our bags en route and we showed up tired and frustrated from that experience but the hotel staff were so welcoming and kind that we soon snapped out of it. Marilyn in particular was especially helpful in helping us navigate the airline’s lost baggage system and even took it over for us, calling each day and speaking with them (our Italian is terrible). All the staff were just the best and whatever...

Double room was small and pokey en-suite was not very private, old style safe - would chose a better room next time"

"Beautiful, clean and spacious property perfect for a large family gathering. Kids loved the trulli and pool. Plenty of room to congregate in common area and at large tables (one inside, 2 outside) for meals. Close (15 -20 min drive) to Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica and beaches. Nice location but must have a car for transportation. Minor negatives: some of the mattresses were a bit hard and showers must be short as hot water can run out."

"We had an incredibly relaxing stay at Casale Cimino! The area is beautifully secluded, so car is essential. A few minor hiccups - such as faulty aircon - were fixed swiftly. A new aircon machine arrived in 2 days! Special mention to Antonio who was excellent and resolved everything to the best of his abilities. We’ll be back for sure 👍"
