"Check-in process was a hassle, communication could be better. Taxes should’ve been per booking /apartment not per guest. That was weird!!!!"

"Overall, it was a great stay. The apartment was clean and conveniently located, with easy access to most of the popular attractions and sightseeing spots. Good air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The only downside was the excessive noise from the guests in the apartment above. There was constant thumping throughout the night, which made it very difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a good night's rest during my entire stay."

The only thing that wasn’t great was the breakfast, the food they had was nice but they didn’t not have much choice."

"The property itself is beautiful very stylish, modern, and clearly newly refurbished. The rooms are exceptionally well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including TV, WiFi, air conditioning, a washing machine, kitchen facilities, and a fridge. Access to the gym was also a great bonus. The location is excellent, situated in a lovely area with easy access to transport links, making it simple to get around Milan. "Staff communication was excellent. The unit is located above the stores in Duomo, but I received a WhatsApp message a couple of days before check-in with a video of where to find the entrance to the hotel. Any questions were answered immediately via WhatsApp."
