"We loved this Hotel. It is not for you if you are looking for fancy or even 3 star amenitues but the soft spring coil mattress with foam topper was comfortable. The duvet and pillows were excellent. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the atmosphere is hip and the whole place is geared toward longer stays. And the location is perfect. 15 min walk to the oslofjord(waterfront) and closer to other key sites. Very walkable area of the city. They are working hard at environmental sustainability.
The back side of the hotel has a view of the city but it is in the centre of the Oslo nightclub scene so weekends are noisy if your window is open. However you really feel part of the energy of the city."
