"We had booked and paid in full 6 months in advance and were told a few days prior our booking that the amenities (pool, sauna, steam room and parts of the gym) were closed for refurbishment. Not only the hotel did not answer our messages regarding a potential compensation or partial refund, they could only gave us a room upgrade when checking- in a reception. Although we appreciated the gesture, it was a small compensation considering we specifically booked the hotel for the amenities and were only told about the closure 3 days prior....
That being said, they have, by far, the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen and the staff was very friendly."
