The staff did not care to assist me in any way. My sofa bed was not made up. They asked me to open it myself, telling me the linens, pillows and the towels are all already inside. When I asked if the sheets and everything was new or has been sitting around inside the bed for a while , the answer I was given was “ I think so, I don’t know”. I asked if housekeeping can come to take care of this and was told they don’t do that. I wouldn’t trust the cleanliness of these sheets or pillows. When the sofa bed was opened, everything was so wrinkled and looked very unkempt. Not a pleasant look or a comfortable sleep sensation. Poorly done.

Läget var fantastiskt. Flera badalternativ. Bra joggingspår runtomkring med fantastisk utsikt. Bra gym för att vara ett hotell. Bardrock ingår ej vilket känns lite snålt. Det finns ej lotion eller balsam på rummet vilket är ett stort minus. Rummet var välskött och rent men varmt och lyhört. Personalen var trevlig. Frukosten var lite bättre än medel, väldigt goda frallor och man kunde sitta både inne och ute.

Rummet var jättefint,med balkong mot Gotlandsfärjans infart. Vi var så tacksamma att det fanns AC på rummet. Frukosten var toppen! Det fanns en fin pool oxå!

Upea paikka kokonaisuutena ja mielettömät kylpylätilat. Paljon sesonkityöntekijöitä, joten ravintolan ruoka on ihan hyvää ja palvelu toimii, mutta kannattaa pitää varansa. Meille mm. yritettiin tuoda pöytään halpaa ja eri viiniä kuin tilasimme (viinin vaihtumisesta ei siis kerrottu). Kun huomautin asiasta saimme kyllä toisen viinin, mutta sesonkityöntekijä suuttui tästä meille. Menisin kuitenkin ehdottomasti uudestaan.

Oslagbart läge!! Lever dock lite på gamla meriter vad gäller lyx o mat. Poolen är fantastisk. Träffade en hovmästare i världsklass på otrevlighet, nyfiken på hur hon hamnade på den posten. Övrig personal trevlig, exta plus till lyhörd serveringspersonal. Tack!! Massvis med fågelbajs på fönster och balkong (kanske svårt att göra något åt?) och dammit rum. Hoppas på bättring till nästa gång. Gammal stil, men charmigt ställe. Kommer tillbaka!!
