Nice cozy property located close to the station. A little hard to find at first but the inside of the property was clean and well maintained. Comes with a washer and all of the amenities (fridge, stove top, oven, dishes, soap, detergent, paper towels, etc.).

Good communication with owner. Was fun to try to live in a Japanese flat for a while. Comfy house in a quiet but strategic and authentic local district well served by subway. I recommend the experience at this location. Price/qualiy offered in line.

If you have difficulty with stairs, you may want to think about this carefully, a nice stay but it is on the third story. I was happy with our stay and if I hadn't already planned a different place, I would have been happy to extend our stay at this location. They were polite, kind and quick to respond. Tucked in a neighborhood but not far from the train station Fantastic mattresses, soft and comfortable, best nights sleep I had while traveling.

給湯器トラブルが3連泊中ずっとありましたが電話したらすぐ部屋まで来て下さり対応がスムーズでした。管理者の方も大阪情報をたくさん教えて下さり気さくで話しやすかったです。子連れでしたが、部屋中が綺麗でキッチンスポンジも新しくして下さっていたりと子連れ宿泊にも清潔で安心して宿泊できました。

寝室にしかエアコンが無く、リビングが暑かった。事前にスイッチをいれてくれるなど配慮は感じられます。

子供（高校生）と2人で305を利用しました。新大阪駅から徒歩10分か15分程の場所にあり、エレベーターなしの4階まであるようでした。階段の幅が狭く、小さいお子さん連れ（抱っこしてたり）だと危ないかもしれません。事前にカギの開け方や駅からの道筋の動画などを送ってくださいました。初めての新大阪駅だったので、動画を見てもしばらく駅から出れず、無駄に歩きました。最終的にスマホのナビでホテルに向かいましたよ。２泊したのですが、タオルが1日分のみでした。連泊される方は何枚か待っていくことをオススメします。それか事前に用意してもらえるか確認した方がよいです。アパートメントなので、他の部屋には普通に住んでらっしゃるようなので、騒がない大人で安くで滞在されたい方には良いのではないでしょうか。大阪に行く時にはまた利用したいと思いました。

内装はとても綺麗で、アメニティも色々揃っていて、家族で一泊宿泊するにはとても満足でした。この時期、暖房が一台でリビングと寝室が温まるのに時間がかかり、リビングが少し寒かったです。それ以外は問題なく、また使いたいと思いました。

タオル、コップ、歯ブラシ、洗剤、ハンガーまで細やかに揃っていて気配りを感じました。洗濯機や掃除機まであり助かりました。冷蔵庫にトラブルがありましたが、迅速に対応して頂き、有り難かったです。残念だったのは、エレベーターがないのと、暖房機が1つしかない為、もう一つの部屋が異常に寒いままでした。それ以外は満足で過ごせました。
