Gets the job done

The Ave is located a stone’s throw away from JR Tennoji station and is a good choice for a comfortable but no frills stay. Like with most hotels in Japan, the room was tiny but functional. People who are overweight or over six feet tall may not be able to fit on the bed, though. The bed is ok for two slim adults though.

やや古めの設備があるのですが、掃除のレベルがかなり高くびっくりするほど綺麗でした。 今までにかなりの数のホテルに泊まってきましたが、一番掃除のレベルが高いのかなと思いました。 駅出てから数十秒で到着するほど近くて立地はとてもいい。その反面、外の賑やかな音が聞こえやすいですが、個人的には問題なしでした。音にかなり神経質な方は遠慮した方がいいかもしれません。

天王寺駅からすぐで、とても便利でした。 料金もリーズナブルです。 飲食店もたくさんあって、良かったです。 お風呂やトイレが共同でしたが、特に 問題はありませんでした。 大浴場も個室シャワーも利用しましたが 共に使い安かったです。 一つだけ不満があるとすれば 隣のビルの現場の人の声が 朝早くから聞こえて、ちょっと びっくりしたことでした。 荷物も快く預かっていただき 大変助かりました。 また、機会があれば利用させて いただきたいです。

タオルや浴衣、歯ブラシなどが部屋に用意されているのが良かった。サウナも遅い時刻まで使用でき、良かった。 部屋は暗証番号式で、忘れなければ問題なく使用できる。 価格が非常にリーズナブルなので、満足すべきだと思うが、壁が薄いため、隣の声が聞こえてきてしまう。

ここからなら近畿圏各方面への便もいいし最低限の設備も整っているし何より本当に安い！ 受付の雰囲気はまぁアレなんだが、こじんまりとした中にもWi-Fi完備や清潔な共同トイレにシャワー、はたまた大浴場完備と言う事無し！！
