Customary hotels offer to hold the luggage in storage we had to beg her to let us leave the luggage. When we dare to return to the hotel we found Octavio who was the check in clerk, bartender and restaurant server. He was very pleasant and accommodating. Expedia needs to note this hotel is in Portugal, no Spain. "
