Un poco decepcionante.

Bueno nada mas llegar ,meto la llave en la puerta y abro , para mi sorpresa ya no puedo sacar la llave tiene que venir un cerrajero , la puerta estaba forzada como si hubiesen intentado ocuparlo. La barandilla del balcon un peligro , una de ellas se movia, no te das cuenta y te vas para abajo. Una de las camas individuales la estructura de la cama rota y no se preocupan ni en cambiarla.

No volveré jamás ni lo recomendare

Servicio mediocre para un hotel de 4 estrellas . El todo incluido es un timo. Te hacen entrar a las 4 y teemina el todo incluidl a las 12 de la mañana del dia siguienteel por lo que te "roban" 6 horas de ese "todo incluido".La atención del personal es de desconocimiento absoluto de información. Se limitan a interpretar el folleto. La piscina es de tamaño infantil con 11 hamacas para tofo el hotel. Cutrerio máximo. Que decepción de hotel, servicios y q pena de dinero malgastado.

Roulette "russe"

Séjour Roulette et bien entendu aucun mail reçu la veille pour me communiquer le nom de l hôtel ...j appelle donc le service client le matin de ma réservation et je tombe sur une opératrice qui me soutient fermement que le nom de mon hôtel est hôtel Roulette !!! Après 30mins d attente elle comprend enfin se renseigne et m informe que mon séjour est à l hôtel marina d or playa 4. L hôtel est vieux et sale , le parking inondé par une fuite d eau usée , les draps troués et douteux , le restaurant sale du service de la veille !!! Bref à fuit absolument ...limite insalubre

Cuando llegamos a las 17:30 aun no tenian preparada nuestra habitacion. Habia un caos tremendo en la recepcion. Fuimos testigos de dos discusiones subidas de tono entre huespedes y recepcionistas. Fue lo peor de la estancia.
