"We stayed 2 nights. Good location 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Check-in was through a kiosk that wasn’t intuitive. Once we checked in, the key cards to the hotel room stopped working and had to be replaced. Then the AC stopped working on the 2nd night. Parking is also difficult in the town."

"Loved staying here as it was so close to old town/ city part and the beaches.Our room ( which we booked) was a terrace room which had a big space to sit outside. Didnt bother us but the terrace does look into the back of appartments. To illuminate that it would be best to book a room that has a balcony looking out to the road.I must mention the receptionist Agustina who was absolutely so helpful and welcoming. "I'm lifetime gold with Marriott with about 600 nights, plus another 1000 nights or so with IHG and other brands. LETOH LETOH San Sebastian didn't meet the minimum expectations for an average hotel.
