"The staff were very patient and accommodating with our changes. Beds were very comfortable after a long day on the road. Showers nice and hot. Xmas decorations were pretty and kitchen was well equipped. Will definitely go back."

"I got very sick the evening before I checked out. The front desk gave me an extra hour in the room and I was able to rest in the pool area for 4 hours before I was due to leave for the airport. I had a tour booked that day but there was no way I could have done it. Having a place to stay put was immensely helpful. "

The breakfasts were so delicious every morning & prepared superbly by Peter & delivered expertly by Greg.The house is old, but so well maintained & beautifully furnished. Just so much character. An easy walk in to town & the beach. We truly hope we are able visit again!"

"Ash Grove was the perfect place for our stay. It is out of the way and rather private. It is not in the middle of Paihia but close enough that we could easily drive in to town to eat and go on our tour of the Bay. Even better, it was just down the road from Haruru Falls, which was spectacular. We loved going on a walk along the river. We felt very much at home in our little cottage. Grange and Bronwyn are fantastic hosts and do a fantastic job maintaining their property. I highly recommend Ash...
