the tolit seat fell to the floor in a handdycap room, the doorm had dirty hand prints all over it, the floor was filthy

The manager or host on duty was amazing! She answered all my questions and concerns. She was having technical difficulties but did not allow that to take away from her customer service attitude. It was a comfortable stay. I would recommend family to stay there when we return in May for a family graduation. Thank you so much!

The bathroom sheet rock was rotten and covered in big patches of black mold. All behind the toilet and all above the ahower. Boothroom door would shut all the way and the toilet seat would move to a point where it would hit the bathroom door when you closed it. Towel and clothing racks were bent badly.

Opened our door to room 112 and watched dozens of roaches scatter. Moved rooms the appeared to be roach free but found the place to be very filthy. I suggest anyone else to spend a little more and go someplace else.

Staff argued with me and my dad to the point he was just cast stay here. Staff party called her manager she said that person argued with us and we only try to show reservations to her staff there. So card can't and shouldnt be charged bc staff said never checked in coporate will be called
