"Had to move hotels from Red deer to Sylvan lake no swimming pool, as advertised- should have been compensated as I had to drive 20 minutes as I was not offered refund. Overall the aylvan hotel was great, just feel a little ripped off "

"Staff was amazing! They could not accommodate the same room for both nights due to last minute arrival a day early however made sure that our luggage was transferred to the second room for us so we didn’t have to haul everything out and back in. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, which was super clean. The continental breakfast room was a nice size to accommodate everyone in the morning. Only downfall was parking in front of hotel is minimal unless you use the shopping centre parking lot. There is parking to the rear of the hotel however the door is locked from the outside with no keycard entry available which was not fun in the -20° snowstorm!"
