"We stayed over Memorial Day weekend in a suite, which was very nice and comfortable. We ate breakfast every morning in the lounge. We spend most of our free time on the Lake, so great parking space for our boat. Only thing that bothered us was the slamming of the exterior door on the west side of the building."

"Clerk at check in was a grump. First automatic entry do was in a state of needing repair. Odd front desk location, no line of sight to greet guests. Requested some minor service which wasn’t handled well. Coffee pod restock (no decaf). No coffee cups. Kleenex box was empty. Towels and soap removed. Towels were not replaced. Breakfast buffet was good though not great."

"Breakfast needed some work- cold food, and not enough for the large groups staying the weekend. Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. They have you sign a large group waiver but then don’t enforce it. Kids running rampant without parent supervision."

"This is the second time I've booked with Expedia and we've ended up with a room that the ceiling in the bathroom needed repaired. In addition, we checked in on a Sunday afternoon and the pool was shut down, the description of the property said there was a hot tub, there was none. The Staff was Wonderful ! They did have the pool opened by morning, as we requested, and the girls at the front desk were just delightful & very helpful. Loved Them !!! We had a very comfy king bed. Other than...
