"We had a fantastic stay at Carlisle Bay. The beach is beautiful and ideal for families, and the large pool was perfect for the kids.
The food was consistently good across all three restaurants, and there was plenty to do. We enjoyed tennis lessons, tubing, snorkelling and scuba diving, and the kids were entertained from morning to night. They loved the kids club - which had no screens.
The standout, though, was the staff. Every single person we met was friendly, attentive and genuinely...

"This resort was amazing and I have never been treated better. The property was beautiful, the gardens were amazing, the views were great. We loved our room, the dunk pool, the outdoor shower, the cabana. We will definitely be back."

"There was a major seaweed issue, which I know is not the property’s fault, but we had to move rooms because it was so bad and the smell was so bad. The staff was great in upgrading us for free to better rooms, I just wish we would have known because then we would’ve changed properties. We also didn’t know that they were doing free shuttles to better beaches, or we would have joined in on that. Instead, the only thing we could do was hang out by the pool. "This not a beach front property. There is a beach, which is more like a man made lake. There an awful smell and your not able to get in the water. It not useful certain time of the year."
