"I wish the room had a microwave, mini fridge and coffe maker just so i don't have to carry so many stuff from home lol but besides that i love this place , second year visiting and will continue to visit. Owner is very nice and makes you feel welcomed and checks on you to make sure you have everything you need. If you just want an affordable and safe place to sleep this is the place for you!"

"Our first view of the facilities were attractive, well cared for properties. Our host was attentive, thoughtful, and helpful.Our room was as described. The floors needed more attention. They showed age and poor maintenance."
"We had stayed here several years before, and we were just as pleased this stay as the previous one. The motel is conveniently located to Lincoln, N. Woodstock, The Flume Gorge, The Basin, and other attractions. The motel was clean and quiet. We would be happy to go back if we are ever in the area again."
"Our room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the shower was clean and hot. There was conditioner, which not many hotels in this category offer. The hot tub was a little too hot, but better too hot than too cold. Breakfast was adequate. There wasn't decaf in the carafes but there were pods in our room so that was fine. I understand not many want decaf. Restaurant recommendations from the staff were spot on. Staff was very friendly and helpful."
"We had a welcome sign in our window when we arrived. Room was ready for us well ahead of bormal check-in time. I love the old, vintage touches!! Super conveniently located to spend the day @ Franconia Notch SP. Pool was still open & hot tub was really warm. "
"Everything was great. Room were very cleaned and smelled clean. Staff were very nice and the pool area was great. Hight light* The hot tub was dangerously hot, above tolerating and they came and adjusted the temperature. Very accommodating. "
"We loved the location of this property. It’s close to dining, shopping and the river to relax by. The room was as pictured, clean and welcoming. No issues with parking or needing a pass. Gas station next door for snacks or items left at home. Has a cute pool area but was too cold for us to use. "
