We arrived at the hotel and then being told that we have no dinner because we didn’t choose it. I mean…I need to know about the options first before I can choose it right ? just one email about dinner options is highly appreciated especially considering the prices that we are paying. Also, there is absolutely nothing in the room fridge. The last hotel we stayed before this one provides 17 types of complimentary drinks… so you can tell the differences. And the so called onsen is basically just a bathtub in the yard. Hotel recommended us to a nearby sushi place for dinner and it’s nasty. The sushi maker took in cash bills by bare hands and went back to make sushi for us without even washing his hands. I would probably pay 1/3 or 1/2 of the prices for this place. It’s not a bad place. But it’s definitely not worth the price. 200USD/night max for the quality of the facilities and services. It’s awful that we paid close to 700 USD/ night for this. Don’t go"
