Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist eher schlicht, aber wir konnten uns super selber mit Frühstück versorgen. Gerne hätten wir das Restaurant ausprobiert, aber dies hatte bereits ab dem 14.9.25 geschlossen.

La prima cosa che ci è stata chiesta (oltre i 150€ di caparra) sono 116€ in aggiunta alla spesa dell’alloggio, divisi in: 50€ pulizia finale (che se puliscono come era pulita la nostra casa...) e 66€ di forfait di servizi (ancora non capisco quali siano). Il tutto su una ricevuta che ho i miei dubbi che sia stata registrata. A noi è stato dato un monolocale che si presenta senza letto ma solo con un divano letto molto scomodo. Nella casa non sono presenti: Sacchi per spazzatura, carta igienica (solo un rotolo), spugne per piatti, tessili per cucina quindi abbiamo provveduto a comprare tutto noi. Le pentole sono solo due e molto rovinate e le stoviglie le abbiamo trovate sporche, usate da qualcuno prima di noi. La doccia vecchia e piccolissima. Da sotto il divano letto sono usciti grumi di polvere e capelli. Il terrazzo e il tavolo/ sedie fuori molto sporchi. Unica nota positiva: parcheggio in loco coperto e silenzio intorno. Inoltre, senza macchina è impossibile muoversi perché è una strada quasi isolata.

Additional expenses, not specified on the reservation, asked during the check-in (50 cleaning fee, 100 services fee). Still waiting for the receipt. Not for families, The pool guard often absent and a lot of guys did not respect the rules. Noise during the night, old air conditioning system created weather under my luggage
