Gran decepcion por la mala gestión

Antes de llegar al hotel rellené el formulario de self checking y solicite la media pensión y recibí la confirmación. Una persona de recepcion por whatsapp también me ofreció la media pensión por 50euros persona que acepté. Resulta que al llegar al hotel me dicen que hay un problema y que no me van a poder dar la media pensión ya que el sabado noche tenian una fiesta especial donde los precios eran mas caros (60 euros por persona) y estaba todo completo. Lo cual me creo una gran decepción y creo que es muy feo hacer ese tipo de cambios con los clientes. Una pena.

Teilrenoviertes kleines ruhiges Hotel in San Pantaleo. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und sehr gutes Frühstück. Eine kleine ruhige Oase. Wenn man über die Bäder (die soweit ok sind, aber halt in die Jahre gekommen sind) sowie über den leicht muffigen Geruch des Einbauschrankes hinwegschaut: ein Wohlfühlort und guter Ausgangspunkt um die Costa Smeralda und Umgebung zu erkunden (wie immer: Auto/Mietauto von Vorteil). Kühlschrank hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und waren angenehm überrascht.

Schöne Unterkunft mit viel Charme, großartigem Personal und einem fantastischen Frühstück. Man muss allerdings festhalten, dass die Zimmer recht hellhörig sind und dass die Ausstattung ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist, hier könnte an ein paar Stellen nachgebessert werden (Sanitäranlagen, defekter Poolboden). Dennoch hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit im Borgo Antico, auch San Pantaleo selbst ist definitiv eine Reise wert. Danke an das tolle Team!
