"We had a 2 bedroom / 2 ensuite apartment with 180 degree waterfront and beach views. Loved the sound of the rolling waves on the shore, but sadly a few hoons used the road in front as a drag strip. The apartment furniture was a little dated, but bathrooms and bed were top notch. It was also immaculately clean. Less than a 10 minute walk to the Russell ferry and shops. Superb friendly welcome with advice what to do in the surrounding area and was so accommodating. Quiet season (winter) but still a great experience. I would highly recommend the Edgewater Palm Apartments"

"This hotel was great, exactly what we needed. The reception staff when checking in and checking out were very helpful and lovely. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable.
