The staff is the best thing about this hotel. The breakfast attendants, front desk staff, room attendants and MGR made our stay. The hotel is nice and the location great with lots of restaurants in walking distance. The oatmeal is delicious and so are the grits

The mattress needs to be updated to a pillow top or a least a thicker mattress. The towels and bath mats both need to be replaced. Our towel had a hole as did the bath mat. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Excellent place to stay

I am so pleased that i chose to stay here. From the moment we walked in, staff was so friendly. The lobby was beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Price was fair. Great area around us also. I would definitely stay again!

Property was in a good area but the air conditioner leaked water so the floor was wet and the room smelled of mildew. The water pressure in the shower was probably on the lowest setting legally allowed. However the beds were comfortable and the room was clean except for the wet ( not damp ) carpet.

Staff were very professional, accommodating. and knowledgeable. Breakfast was very good and staff were again great. Rooms were good sized, clean, and quiet. Bed was a little firm but we slept well. Access to property was easy and parking has lots big enough for full sized cars or pickups, nice touch. Quick access to restaurants and pretty much any services.

The hotel is new and in a great location with alot of restaurants in walking distance. It was clean, the beds comfy, tons of channels on TV, the gym equipment was nice and so was the breakfast. For pet people, there is a huge grassy field behind the hotel for exercise and pottying.

Stay here if you don’t like water pressure .

Staff was friendly, nice room. But the shower pressure was awful!!!!! Also the heater was turned up to 78 when we arrived ! It’s the end of July , the heater is the last thing that should be on! Took forever for our room to cool down upon arrival

The young lady st the front desk was especially helpful, personable & made me feel very welcome! There was a man in the parking lot one night who was looking over cars, I thought he was checking out his own truck & trailer, but he went from place to another looking over the cars. She immediately went out to investigate his business in the hotel parking lot. She made me feel very safe & cared for! She also remembered me when I had to book an additional night because my flight was cancelled. That kind of service impressed me & she is to be recognized for her excellent customer Service! Thank you!

Excellent stay!

First and foremost, the service was top-notch. There was an issue with my booking, but the manager got the issue fixed very quickly. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel location has many shops and restaurants close by and highway access out front. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

We were in OKC to honor my cousin, A1C LaKesha R. Levy who was killed in the Oklahoma City bombing. There was a lot of in and out due to the activities surrounding the memorial.This is an every 5 year trip. Shylo handled our family of 57 with such kindness. All of the staff were respectful and accomodating. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.
