令和３年８月３１日付けでレンタルホテルとしては閉店との事でした。その後は賃貸との話で何もかも（プール、レストラン）も無い状態で更に目の前のアラハビーチもコロナで閉鎖されていたのでレンタカーを借りていない人には全く楽しくない所になっていました。長年のリピーターだったので実に残念です。

全体的にはとても良かったです。次回も利用したいです。ただ、シャワールームのバスタブが滑りやすく、入浴中にすべて頭と腰を打ってしまいました。腰は青アザになりました。また、バスタブも小さくて足が伸ばせなかったので部屋を選ぶときに部屋のタイプの詳細が分かると便利だと思いました。シャワーだけの人には良いと思います。スタッフはとても良かったです。キッチンの設備は良かったですがトースターもあるともっと良かったです。

A good spot for if you prefer to cook or if you will be staying for a while, with a washer and dryer in the room as well as kitchen supplies and two electric skillets. Comfortable beds and a grear view of the ocean as well.

Nice location

The place located is nice view, near park and beach. There is supermarket, lent car shop, cafe nearby, it's convenience. I will stay again.

電気ケトルが使えなかったケド、フロント前でお湯はもらえたし、鍋つかってお湯をわかしたので慣れればたいしたことありません。部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機があるのはとても助かりました。なぜがコンセントの差し込み部分がゆるゆるでベットサイドで充電できなかったのが残念。

目の前のビーチでアクティビティを楽しみにしていましたが、コロナの感染拡大防止でビーチが閉鎖でガッカリ。このコンドミニアムは外人住宅だったようで4ベッドルーム・2バスルームと広々していて快適でした。日々の清掃は無いですが、自炊用の道具も揃っていました長期滞在に向いてます。

感染症対策◎お風呂・シャワー▲

アルコールスプレーが入り口やエレベーター等においてあったり、部屋にも手などに使えるアルコールスプレーが置いてありました。チェックイン時には検温などもあり、きちんとされていると思います。 ただ、残念だったのが、お風呂とシャワーの水圧です。滞在中に連絡して、直ったとおっしゃっていたのですが、水圧は微妙でした。 でも、それ以外は二家族子ども連れで滞在するのには、とても良かったです。また機会があれば泊まりたいです。

部屋の清掃は行き届いてましたが、設備は良くなかったです。洗濯機が置いてある場所から臭いがしたり、水道管が破損したり、、何より不便だったのはシャワーの水圧です。不便を感じるほど弱くとても寒かったです。部屋は広く清掃も問題なしだったのですが、次はないですね、、

コンセントがゆるいです。

空港でレンタカーを借りていきましたが、車がないとアクセスは不便ですね。駐車場の案内が不十分で、分かりにくかったです。部屋のコンセントが緩く、プラグを差し込んでも抜け落ちます。何とか、スマホの充電はできましたが、こんなのは初めてのことでした。窓の外がすぐビーチなので、眺めはよかったです。

シャワートイレが漏電で使えないとかお風呂にシャワーカーテンがなくて床が水浸しになるなど点検や使いやすさを快適にしていただけると最高です。 スタッフの方は大変親切で気持ちよく過ごせました

お部屋から海が目の前に見えて　景色が最高によかったです。　洗濯機と乾燥機があったのでよかったですが　2泊だったのですが　バスタオルとフェイスタオルが1枚ずつだったので　できれば2枚ずつあれば　良いと思いました。

The condo is nice and the view is amazing. Its spacious and had things like soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc. The beds are very hard, like sleeping on box springs with no mattresses. The kitchen was minimally equipped and there was no oven, only a cook top, microwave and toaster oven, but we were able to make due and made a few meals. The bed configuration is not as advertised, there are 4 twins, 1 double, 1 king and 1 roll away twin. The staff was friendly but hardly spoke English so be prepared with a translation software or device. We enjoyed our stay here and felt the price was a good value for everything you get. We would stay here again.

很適合一群人去玩想一起住，房間又可以是分開保有隱私！值得推薦

1.房間很大，面對海灘風景很美 2.很適合超市買食材回來煮，不論是煮飯的電鍋～微波爐～烤箱～鍋碗瓢盆等等的餐具，甚至還有自動洗碗機超級方便 3.很推薦雖然是公寓式住宿，但服務人員很專業貼心，我們因為遇到颱風需要開住宿證明單，很貼心在退房前就幫我們準備好了 4.住的房型頂級公寓客房，有兩間廁所衛浴，空間舒適寬敞，適合多人一起住

海景迷人且超大空間的公寓酒店

擁有美麗海灘景色，房間很大且有獨立洗衣跟烘衣機，還可以開伙，適合家族旅遊的公寓式酒店！只是入住期間是不會幫忙打掃及清垃圾的，這點跟一般飯店比較不同。

一進去房間就感覺到房間很光猛，空間感都很大，只是停車場有一點黑比較恐怖。浴室和廁所分開，所以整體感覺很乾爽。
