"I loved everything about Rose Arden. I had a very comfortable overnight stay in a single room in a lovely home that was perfect for my visit with an old friend who lived nearby. It was great value and in a beautiful quiet location with an amazing view. The host couldn't have been more helpful. And the breakfast was wonderful. If I visit Hamilton again I’ll definitely want to stay at Rose Arden."

"It was close to McMaster which is about the only thing it has going for it. It feels like there are a lot if people living there and they dont really have rooms available - but will kick someone out for the night if an expedia booking comes up. "The staff stood out to me; considering the many hats they wear and the hours worked; they were excellent! I would argue better than most of the major hotels i have stayed at over the years. The room was spacious and clean. The construction on the road in front of hotel is a bit of an eye sore but it certainly didn’t have any impact on the service. The breakfast was just fine. The parking was convenient at back of hotel."

"Finding the front of the property and the parking garage was difficult at night. The front of the property does not face the street that the street address is on and there is not a large or lit sign directing you to turn into a driveway to get to it. When we were able to contact the help number the person was helpful by sending us a video how to get into the garage so we figured out where to go after that. "

"Our stay was truly spectacular for the price. Where else can you get practically a 2 bedroom apartment to stay in Hamilton for so cheap? Beds were quite comfortable, the rooms were very clean, the AC was ice cold (perfect), my only complaint was there was only 1 mirror which was located in the bathroom, only reason that was an issue was due to 3 girls trying to get ready for a night out, but other than that it was great! Would definitely stay again!!"

"Loved the room, not all rug, loved the hardwood flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. I have stayed at a lot of hotels, and I have to say this one really impressed me, and I will certainly be back.
Staff were helpful and pleasant, and so were the guests. You could tell everyone was smiling and in a great mood.
Breakfast was great, and there was plenty of seating.
It would be nice if there were a bar and a tapas restaurant to visit and relax."
