"Lovely hotel in a wonderful location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good and served in a nice room off the lobby. The rooms are charming and the bathrooms are spacious and work well. I've stayed here at least three times and have never been disappointed."

"This hotel has a great location. It presents itself as a 4 star hotel but by American standards it would be more like a 2 or a 3. Our room was in the back of the hotel on the 4th floor. Getting there required climbing one flight of very narrow curved stairs before reaching a tiny elevator. The elevator allowance was for 2 people standing nose-to-nose. Baggage had to be brought down in several trips. The cleaning staff would leave huge bags of laundry and/or the vacuum cleaner in front of the...

"Mi estancia en el hotel fue la mejor, el hotel está limpio con instalaciones bonitas que se ve que han puesto atención al detalle. Las habitaciones y los baños están en excelentes condiciones y huelen bien. El staff todo el tiempo muy atento y ayudando. Único pendiente es el ruido que se escucha de una habitación a otra, entiendo que es porque son los cuartos pequeños, sin embargo sería bueno que hicieron la recomendación a los huéspedes de utilizar un tono de voz un poco . La única cosa que...

"We have stayed at other 4-star hotels in Paris, but our choices were not available for this visit, so we stayed here because it looked very nice on-line. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom well equipped, and towels virtually new and quite nice. Breakfast was very good. Staff was generally courteous and helpful. On the other hand, the condition of the hotel is not what I have experienced at other 4-star French hotels. The safe in the room was broken; staff could not fix it. The desk lamp...

"A lovely room but some staining on the wallpaper was off putting. Hot tap in bathroom was backwards. Staff very professional and pleasant. Small minibar in room and a safe for valuables ( under the sink in bathroom: not ideally located!)
Getting in and out of the tub/ shower awkward. Not good for seniors: no hand rails etc."
