We loved easy parking, loading and unloading, nice pool, easy access to beach and smack dab in the middle of the boardwalk!! We loved the porch looking out into the ocean!! Our bed was comfy!! It’s a historical hotel but such a nice stay!! And the restaurant in the basement was delicious!!

Staff was super helpful but the room itself was very very old. There was mold in the bathroom and some mysterious brown splatter on the bathroom door. The bathroom is very tiny, shower is tiny. The rooms need a major update and are very small. The location of the hotel was great and staff was nice. No balcony in individual rooms and run down.

property needs serious updating. Room was old and not very clean. Carpets were stained and sink and tub had rusty parts. Staff was excellent and very helpful. View of the beach was great and rocking chairs on the porch was a nice touch. Pool was very clean and enjoyable. Parking was ok but I think we had an easier time because of handicap sticker.The hotel itself is in a great location and was on the boardwalk and very easy to get to the beach.

I enjoyed my brief stay there. My room was clean and quiet despite having a full house. The porch was amazing! Several tips for staying here: - If you like cream and sugar for your coffee, bring your own. There's a refrigerator in the room to store it. -I bring my own toiletries. They provide only body and hand wash, so bring your own. -The pool is nice and clean with a little cash bar for mixed drinks. Bring your beach towel. -The restaurant below, DiVinci's was delicious! I recommend! -There is a donut shop around the corner that makes donuts on site called The Fractured Prune that had great coffee too. This isn't the Ritz, but it was fine for what I needed it to be. I would definitely stay here again. The bed was comfy and the staff was pleasant.

The pool area and the porch were great. Staff was friendly and helpful..mostly. Except for the housekeeper who saw me coming out of the room with all my bags and made me squeeze in the narrow hallway past her cart which I then spilled her coffee. It could have easily been moved. The shower was very small. Reminded me of the one in my camper and took a while to warm up. Otherwise it was a nice hotel. Convenient location.

Great place. Awesome stuff. The only downfall if you would call it that is the rooms are a little smaller than preferred. However, we didn't spend a ton of time in the rooms other than sleeping.So it worked out. I would definitely stay there again..

Great place to stay! All the staff members I encountered were very friendly, the room was very clean however there are bare minimum's when it comes to room amenities so be sure to bring your own toiletries. I thoroughly enjoyed the front porch with the rockers that guests can use to sit and enjoy the ocean view! Seeing as this is on 15th street and smack dab in the middle of the boardwalk your access to everything is truly amazing. Harrison Hall is a true hidden OC gem!

Beautiful porch view of the beach and nice lobby/pool area. But the room needed a HUGE makeover: dirty sheets, peeling paint on walls, musty carpet, tiny bathroom with rust and stains in the tub and sink, terribly thin walls, and broken down doorways. It looked and felt SO CHEAP. We thought we had 2 queens, but discovered the room had two doubles - meanwhile, no water available in the lobby, coffee machine broke, creamer ran out, staff were loud and unfriendly. Do not stay here - there are loads of other hotels and rentals on the boardwalk. We will not return.
