Hotel is in a good location with the Fager Island restaurant right next door across the bridge. The hotel is clean but needs renovation. For the price they are charging the hotel should be renovated.

The lobby has been updated in the last few years since our last stay. Thankfully the bed looks newer but the couch and chairs wouldn’t even sit on. They’re stained and and visibly nasty, shredded and the room had a very musty smell. Everything stayed damp throughout the week and there was a visible leaking problem on the ceiling near the bed- looks like the ceiling is falling and has a hole and dark patches which have been painted over not repaired. The view was beautiful but the patio doors stayed open the entire time so we didn’t get mold poisoning.

Clean quiet room 2 minutes from fagers. The staff are honest and reliable. I left 1,000 worth of clothes in my room and it was mailed back right away. Perfect suite for a couples weekend getaway

Lobby is beautiful. Elevators out dated scary to take alone.. rooms nice and spacious. But….Walked in to a dusty room sandy floors and mattress was so old felt like you were sleeping on a floor full of springs. If you have a bad back or hips make sure to keep that in mind. Would not stay here again.

Family stay for cheap price

Room could be updated and had a small musty smell… elevator got stuck … had to get our own fresh towels because housekeeping never replaced them … bathroom was nice .. and we enjoyed the pool and game room

It was over 80 degrees outside and there was no air conditioning. We were told to put a box fan in front of the sliders but there was also no screens for the slider. The room was very dated

Pass if you can until they renovate.

View was excellent and service was good. The property is long over due for a refurbishment. The furniture is old and beat up. Fixtures are rusty. Refrigerator had broken / missing parts and the TV was cracked. Sofa bed was stained and smelled.

surprise when I arrived.

upon arrival was told I had to pay a parking fee when the add said free parking. The water in the shower was reversed hot was cold and cold was hot. mildew smell in the hallway on the floor we stayed on and fans running constantly. staff was polite and helpful with my issues.

Great location and amenities near by but the Hotel can use some updates to their furniture, beds, dressers, refrigerators etc. Also the room could have been a little cleaner. I almost got stuck in the elevator on my last day, so maybe they need tuned up or something. I've stayed here many times before but if they don't update, I will not be back.

Needs work

The room definitely needs work. Lots of mold in bathroom and on air conditioning vents.the room looks like it had water leaks at one point by stains on walls. Mice in the room at night.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at no hot water no water pressure the bed was old and wore out hard as a rock I would have been better off sleeping on the floor they gave us clean towels and blood stains on them in the hallway smells like rotten fish. I would never stay here again every person I talked to also said it was the worst hotel they’ve ever been in too. They do not clean your room. They need to condemn this place I would give it zero stars worst hotel ever

Nothing unique about this place. Dislikes: Bathroom was dirty: moldy caulk mostly around tub/shower, and bathroom floor had black stains of dirt. "No room cleaning due to Covid" but they still charge the same or more as if the would. What an insult.
