Stayed here last year - staff was great - area was cold weather wise this year - unable to get the room warm. Otherwise our stay was fine.

Rooms a little noisy but not terribly so. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Woman working the breakfast bar was so nice and cheerful!

This property gave me a key to an occupied room twice! Ms. Edith checked me into an occupied room and Ms. Stacey did the same. They could not find my paperwork and Ms. Stacey read everyone's card to me until she found it. How can you tell a customer other occupants' names? Someone stayed in my room and was checked out to me. This is an unsafe property and we walked into a person's room sleeping with their kids. My kids and I could have gotten hurt because of the unprofessional and unsafe way the staff of this property handled the situation. We got out of the property as fast as we could and stayed in a different hotel. This is unacceptable and I am asking full refund!!

10 out of 10 do not recommend
Horrible customer service, and the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I stayed 4 nights with my boyfriend and little sister who is 12 and they made us pay $40 + tax for her stay. Said they were going to refund my card but I have yet to see a refund. Mold in the sink and an uncleaned tub with hair from the previous guest in it. The air conditioner smelled of mildew when in use. Housekeeping NEVER once changed our bedsheets or made our beds during our stay, a towel in the bathroom looked previously used with blood stains on it. Also underneath of sheets the mattress protector was disgustingly dirty with brown spots all over it looked very unsanitary to be sleeping on. The toilet clogged every time we used it even if it was just to pee had to go down to the front desk to get a plunger. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. I truly enjoyed staying at Best Westerns when I was a little girl with family but I don't think I can give it another chance, it was truly a horrible experience. I wanted so badly to have a nice time with my family but it was so hard to do that.

Thanks for your review. I am sorry about the confusion at check-in. We do charge an extra adult fee for any guest over 12 years of age. We were told after check-in the child was 12 years old. We refunded the charge immediately. It usually takes 3-5 business days for your bank to process. The other issues were never brought up to us during your stay. We have staff behind the front desk 24 hours a day to take care of any issues. I'll forward your review onto the housekeeping department.

Beds were clean, bathroom was clean but the hotel hallway smelled weird. The room had a musky, humid smell even with the ac going, the smell didn’t go away

Was a nice facility to stay in with kind staff. You could tell some updates were needed, and the hallways creaked as you walked to you room. But the room itself was clean, comfortable, and modern.

Our party came with more than 1 car and the hotel would not accommodate us having more than one car. Breakfast was great. Front desk did give us more towels.

The rooms were clean enough but everything was very old and outdated. There were cracks/holes in the wall and the bathroom was pretty old. Fine for a night but wouldn’t go back. Workers were very very kind.

I was pleasantly surpised as the hotel was excellent all around. The staff was profesional, helpful and very nice so my next quick trip to Ocean City Maryland I will be staying at the Best Western Hotel & Suites and kudo's to Camil as my housekeeper on the 2nd floor.

Very friendly and informative staff. Great breakfast options: pancakes, fried eggs, muffins, bread, oatmeal, cold cereal and yogurt. But would be great if they has french toast and belgium waffles (or belgium waffle maker). Would be even better if property had a swimming pool. Bowling and arcade right next to property. Fun place.

Hello,We take bed bugs very seriously. Our staff does weekly checks at all of or properties. All of our beds have bed bug covers on the box springs and mattresses. It is a preventative measure that most hotels take. Just because a hotel has covers on their beds, doesn't mean there are bed bugs in the room. I'm sorry you didn't realize that. No bugs or evidence were ever seen or found in either of the two rooms you inspected.

Pros: Room clean, hotel convenient to all. Included breakfast is good. Complimentary toiletries. Cons: $25 early check in. No pool.
