"Staff was very nice. Open 24/7 for any questions and concerns. Room had good space (we had a Lanai room) so some chairs in the front to sit. "

"Such a beautiful place! The only reason I couldn’t rate it 5 stars is because of the beds they are terrible and cold water for the slides. Parking is hard to come by at night but they are kind to park your car if you can’t get a spot. Such a beautiful resort but the beds are some of the worst I have ever slept on, which was disappointing. Love the location and it is so clean and nice! Love the lemonade in the lobby, decorated so beautiful, and love the gardens surrounding the hotel. Great place just get new beds! "

"Poolside bar was perfect relaxing hang out. The bar tender was super friendly and attentive. We ended up ordering dinner from bar so we continue visiting with family then moved to fire pit area which was equally as lovely. "

"Upon check in; the guy helping with the check in was not the nicest. The hotel is nice but older. The pipes creak after you used the bathroom or sink. The AC also is loud and the hotel has an “old” smell. The beds were not very comfortable. Overall ok stay. "

"Had everything I needed. Free parking, free wifi, Ice machine, hot jacuzzi, clean bathroom with hot water. The mattress wasn’t great but overall for the money I’d stay there again. "
