Wonderful short stay
Great stay with nice room and onsen ! Breakfast choices is limited but overall is fine. Parking space is limited and got to park for free at the train station behind the hotel.

駐車場場の案内が、2段階になっていて面倒でした。 問い合わせした時点で、ホテルの駐車場が満車だったので、そのまま目の前の提携駐車場を案内していただければよかったのに、わざわざ駐車場に行って新たに案内を聞かなければならず、二度手間でした。 一時的に荷下ろしをする場所もなく、少し不便です。

Nice Hotel in the nice Area.
The Hotel is in the very nice location of the city, next to JR station. The Area have lot of great restaurant and shopping malls. The only complaint that I have is the room was fully ingested by the strong smoking odor.

Dec trip to East Hokkaido
The room is big n bed size is big. Also make available bath salt, bubble bath bar, face mask, face cleanser etc available free to those staying at hotel at reception. Check-in & out is fast n efficient n staff are friendly. Walking distance to station, night mkt and popular butadon shop. Obihiro is a pretty quiet town, our stopover frm chitose to Kushiro

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The room (Double Twin room) was very spacious with very comfortable bed linen- smooth and soft texture to touch. The hotel location was also close to lots of restaurant around the neighborhood and it was nearby the station.

Convenient and Fantastic Hotel
It provided red wine and bear as welcome drink. The breakfast provided is fantastic. It is very convenient, i.e. opposite JR line station and many restaurants and shopping areas within short walking distance.

Comfortable hotel room and excellent stay. Free welcome gifts for women. Like the complimentary welcome drinks for my family. Easy and convenient to walk along the streets to look for food and other stuff.

お部屋は快適に過ごせて満足だった。 ただ残念だったのがエレベーター。 2機しかないので全然来ない。急いでる時はとっても不便でした。 お部屋のテレビでコインランドリーの状況を確認できたのがとっても良かったです！！全ホテルに完備してほしいくらい。 ホテル周辺の飲食店はかなり混んでいて、子供を連れて何件も周りどこも予約でいっぱいで入れないと断られた。結局コンビニで買ってホテルの部屋で食べました。是非、だいぶ前からの事前予約をオススメします。

子連れだったので、14時チェックインというだけでも嬉しいのに、更に少し前にお部屋に入らせていただき、ありがたかったです。 大浴場がなかったですが、すぐ隣のホテルに入りに行けたし、コンビニも近く、安く泊まれて最高でした。ありがとうございました！
