"Wirklich ein besonderer Ort! Das Hotel liegt wunderbar in der historischen Altstadt von Wanfried und bildet mit dem Rathaus ein sehenswertes Ensemble. Innen war alles top saniert, das Zimmer geschmackvoll in das alte Fachwerkgebäude eingefügt."

"Wir haben uns während unseres Kurzurlaubes rundum wohlgefühlt .Das Zimmer lag im 2.Stock,gut mit dem Lift zu erreichen. Die Verpflegung war auch sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter allesamt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . Außerdem gab es in Mühlhausen so viel zu sehen, so daß wir bestimmt noch Mal wiederkommen würden."

"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

"What can I say? Everything perfect - nothing to add. A highlight is definitely the spa area and also the salt water pools. Also, the dinner was the best dinner I have ever had in Germany."
