Many many great shops all around walking distance, Beautiful City ! Very nice Hosts. I will stay there again for sure. Ask for more coffee for your machine in the room when you check in. All good. Breezy terrace on roof. Staff very kind and helpful. Head uphill to Plaza Mayor for excellent shopping.

I loved this hotel so much! The breakfast was so good and was included in the stay!!!! The staff were so kind. The hotel itself was so beautiful and made me feel right at home. It’s in a very safe area and so walkable !!!!!!! I would definitely stay again. I’m going to miss it so much.

The location is great, just 2blocks to the Zocalo or Mercado’s. The hotel is clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. On the down side, the halls were noisy and the beds were very hard. However, the shower was hot and the price is right.

Aunque es bonita, la habitación no ofrece privacidad: es inconveniente el que la habitación esté de frente a una estancia general de descanso y que tenga ventanas hacia esa estancia y sólo esté separada por cortinas que no son siquiera oscuras totales. Además es incómodo que la ventilación del baño consista en un agujero hacia el exterior del cuarto, que da a un pasillo de tránsito.

En general, la ubicación del hotel es su mejor atractivo, el personal es muy amable y tratan de resolver las situaciones que se presenten, en mi caso, tuve un problema y a pesar de que se necesitaron varios dias, al final quedó resuelto, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el estado de las mismas es bueno. Tienen areas de oportunidad en el restaurante, ya que invierte mucho tiempo en el desayuno.

El hotel esta en el centro, pero en la parte fea, parece que está en el medio de un tianguis. El tráfico es horrible para llegar y salir, no hay dónde estacionarse. Dice el hotel que tiene convenio con un estacionamiento, pero está a 3 cuadras del hotel y cuando llegue ya tenía cupo lleno. Personal de recepción no ayuda en nada. Mi habitación no tenía ni toalla de rostro ni de piso. Tampoco nos ayudaron a subir las maletas. No recomiendo.

Instalaciones limpias y la decoracion muy bonita, el recepcionista que estuvo a nuestra llegada, primero fue un poco grosero con mi esposa cuando se acerco a el, a preguntarle como estaba el tema del estacionamiento. Entendemos que como esta a unas calles del zocalo de la capital, el estacionamiento es muy dificil de encontrar y mas por la temporada. Pero solo fue una pregunta y la respuesta muy descortes. Despues cuando fui yo, a recepcion a realizar el check in y el pago, el trato fue distinto. En general todo estuvo bien, solo ese mal rato. Fue nuestra primera vez en oaxaca, capital.

Don’t include breakfast on price bad service and limited. Hotel in general needs to be cleaned and maintained. We had problems with showers faucets broken we reported and were not fixed, we had to request another room that also had problems with hot water didn’t last and took cold showers. We reported. I won’t go back. Checking and Checkout was fast. Clerks were nice.

Ruido en la noche de los aires acondicionados y el agua caliente va y viene, pero el hotel es muy bonito, perfectamente ubicado, muy cerca del mercado y de la plaza principal. Encontrar estacionamiento no es tan difícil, ya sea de pago o a un par de calles. La zona es segura.
