"Excellent accommodation and wonderful hosts We had the pleasure of spending three days and three nights at Arcadia Lodge in Russell and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. They were always approachable, provided us with many great tips for activities in and around Russell, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout...

"Lovely stay ! 5 minute walk from the main area ! Comfortable and spacious rooms with green all around as if you are in a forest ! Lovely staff at the restaurant and good breakfast too . The reception staff needs training as both the guy and the lady are slow and needed reminders for simple jobs ! Very casual behaviour at reception ! "

"Room was very nice. Hot tub was comfortably warm, but the interior really needed some work and upgrading. Also, the internet went out for an hour or more which was a bit frustrating. The grounds are lovely and it is near to town. Overall, I would still recommend it."

"Well appointed room and lovely welcome from owners on arrival. Really good views of Russell township and the water / boats. Only thing I would say, bring some strong legs if you plan on walking - the driveway is STEEP hahaaaa. Had a very pleasant stay (5 nights)."

"We had our own little cabin (Unit #8). Open floor plan for kitchen, dining, bed. Seating on a nice little deck. Shower looks tired, but hot water showed up quickly and I had a good shower. Our only issue was that there were ants in the kitchen. The owner/manager said he would take care of it when we went out for dinner, and when we came back, no more ant issue."
