Where do I begin, Wow!. This was the best resort we have ever stayed in. The location superb, beach front with infinity pool surrounded by authentic Bali with all its restaurants. Rooms were immaculate, modern, up to date, with their own kitchens, lounge and balcony. All supported with hairdryers, charging ports, drinking water and mini bar, aircon,smart T.V with Netflix, bath robes and slippers. The Restaurant was a beautiful place to sit and watch the ocean and the food was excellent, with a menu for breakfast, all cooked fresh, with real coffee, fresh juices and smoothies, and then turning in to an ambient Mediterranean style at dinner with a menu to match. The Tiki bar also offering an alternating menu, with an all you can eat Taco night with unlimited cocktails or real coal BBQ. Vegans and Gluten free all catered for. You did not need to leave the hotel if you did not want too. The service was friendly and highly attentive, without being pushy. The resort facilities, 2 pools one overlooking the ocean another in the heart if the hotel, great gym, massage and wellness center operating morning til night with attentive masseuse, It was a relaxing resort with quiet rooms, We can't wait to return. 10/10

Very nice hotel in a great location. We stayed here for 4 nights and had 2 rooms booked. The hotel staff (Rahmat) was very responsive on WhatsApp before we reached there. He ensured that we had adjoining rooms so our family could stay together, thank you very much for your service. The breakfast is ala carte during the soft launch phase of the hotel and it’s wholesome and refreshing. Fresh fruits, eggs, full English, nasi goreng, eggs Benedict. You name it and they have it all. The staff (Sonia) was very helpful and always ensured that we had all the fully vegetarian options we needed due to our dietary restrictions. A lot of water activities are available at the beachfront and are quite reasonably priced. A bit more than going to the beaches but not too much. There are 2 swimming pools in the hotel with access to a private beach. There is a tiki bar which offers 2 for 1 cocktails from 4-6pm everyday which is a good bonus whilst enjoying the sunset. The rooms are huge with a fully stocked kitchen including all basics like a microwave, fridge, oven, induction hob & water filter. Perfect if you want to cook something even though there are some very good eating options in a 5 min walk. I would not use anything from the mini bar as there is a super market 2 mins away which has everything available at 1/3rd price. The hotel extended our check out to 2pm to accommodate our flight cancellation which was a very good gesture. Overall, we had a very good stay.

Beautiful clean property on beach, helpful stalf, excellent breakfast. Big rooms with comfortable big bed, and cooking facilities. Only issue was mosquito in the room.
