Very nice hotel in a great location. We stayed here for 4 nights and had 2 rooms booked. The hotel staff (Rahmat) was very responsive on WhatsApp before we reached there. He ensured that we had adjoining rooms so our family could stay together, thank you very much for your service.
The breakfast is ala carte during the soft launch phase of the hotel and it’s wholesome and refreshing. Fresh fruits, eggs, full English, nasi goreng, eggs Benedict. You name it and they have it all. The staff (Sonia) was very helpful and always ensured that we had all the fully vegetarian options we needed due to our dietary restrictions.
A lot of water activities are available at the beachfront and are quite reasonably priced. A bit more than going to the beaches but not too much. There are 2 swimming pools in the hotel with access to a private beach. There is a tiki bar which offers 2 for 1 cocktails from 4-6pm everyday which is a good bonus whilst enjoying the sunset.
The rooms are huge with a fully stocked kitchen including all basics like a microwave, fridge, oven, induction hob & water filter. Perfect if you want to cook something even though there are some very good eating options in a 5 min walk. I would not use anything from the mini bar as there is a super market 2 mins away which has everything available at 1/3rd price.
The hotel extended our check out to 2pm to accommodate our flight cancellation which was a very good gesture. Overall, we had a very good stay.
