"Apprezzabili l'attenzione e la passione dei gestori nel portare avanti la struttura, MA: - la presenza di un pollaio nelle vicinanze con il canto continuo dei galli (a cui rispondono gli inevitabili canil) alle prime luci dell'alba rende il riposo faticosissimo - i servizi in camera sono spartani (p.e. letto particolarmente "molleggiante" e assenza di uno specchio) e soprattutto c'è poca pressione per l'acqua corrente. "We have now stayed at Torleanzi twice and will absolutely be returning. We first travelled for our honeymoon, staying in the tower suite in September last year and this year we stayed in one of their superior doubles, Verdifan. Each room is named after the beautiful wine that they make. Staying here is like a small slice of heaven. The rooms are immaculately decorated and always clean as the staff clearly take exceptional pride in the whole place. The fact that there are only 6 rooms makes it...

"In a nutshell, the owner of this property is apparently a very respected and competent vintner. That being said, everything about this property (and I mean everything), plays a distant second fiddle to the winery. I think the unsubtle message is that guest rooms and the meagre facilities are clearly there solely to provide cash flow to the winery. Oenophiles will be absolutely fine with this but for everyone else, two days will be more than enough."
