"Easy location from the station and great communication from the staff prior to arrival. They even got our room ready early for us as I had advised them when our train was due in! Check in was quick and I loved the digital access to the rooms. The room we were supposed to have had a bit of a stiff door when we were trying the door codes so the lovely lady who was checking us in immediately decided to upgrade our room. The rooms are a good size. The only negative was the air conditioning...

"Very congenial host, good communication. Location was good with cafes and restaurants in walking distance. It is in an older building with the first floors being business and then the unit on a floor with a few other apartments. This unit is interior so windows face the nearby walls. It was quiet clean and comfortable for our one night stay"

"A short walk from the train station and the ferry pier, the location is great. The room is spotless, spacious and stylishly decorated. The bed is comfortable. Whatever scent they use for the toiletries, are very nice. It’s also very quiet in the room. Staff at the lobby on the first floor was also very helpful and friendly."

"Access was problemmatic locking should be raionailised. Bathroom across the hall was not a great convenience. No water in room was not good for self catering."
