"The first room we got had a weird weed smell, even though we were on the non-smoking floor. When the staff were alerted, they immediately upgraded us to the VIP floor. Though that room was better, it still had a weird smell of a different kind and I had to go get a candle and a room freshner. The furniture was old-fashioned and I think the space needs upgrading. The staff members were incredible and helpful."

"Our room was supposed to have AC and it wasn’t working and the staff said that since it was hooked up to a central unit, they wouldn’t be able to turn it down. They offered us fans that were not helping and our room got over 25 degrees in temperature. After we had unpacked all of our stuff the staff said we could move to a lower floor to “see” if it will be cooler but I wasn’t wasting my time.
