"I have traveled a lot lately and have been staying at Hilton Garden Inn’s but remembered a Sonesta ES Suites I stayed at in Chicago in 2024 and enjoyed so I decided to go with Sonesta bc it was closer to where my son moved to. I was a little disappointed when I saw the location and the overall property and there were visible signs of wear and tear. I shrugged it off the first night bc I was exhausted. I was unable to sleep well as the HVAC system would bang loudly before it come on, two bright blinking lights over the bed all night long, walls were thin and people were loud late at night, and there was a constant beeping off and on in the parking lot. Terrible experience and not relaxing at all. I ended up checking out early and booking a Hilton for my last night. "

"The room was great! The staff were helpful! Parking was excellent! The only concern was the refrigerator, it was not cooling even after adjusting the temperature. I did bring it up to the front desk staff member. "

"People courteous, room clean. Hot breakfast was bad. Egg omelet tasted bad. Sausage patty not browned maybe boiled. Potatoes ok but everything was barely warm, closer to room temp. Coffee was very good. You need to step up your breakfast game!"
