There was a communication error somewhere in the system. The hotel didn't have a copy of our reservation information from Expedia. I showed them my expedia confirmation and I think it got worked out. Hotel was ok. Pool was empty. The shower was gross, black mildew between all the tiles. Shower head was so high I was only able to hit the face and it could not be adjusted. No chain or secondary lock. Carpet was dirty. Bed was comfortable.
