"Great location. Wonderful staff. Needs a bit of updating but they will get there! Great place for families with older kids. We could let teens kids go to beach and we could still them. pool overlooking the beach. All the staff we meet were very nice and helpful. This was our first time there but we will come back"

"I stay here every time I go to whitecap beach and it’s always a great stay! Staff is always pleasant, abr complimentary breakfast is great. The only down side is they had no clean towels to spare but it’s not a huge deal. I highly recommend it here."

"The rooms were very clean and staff continually dried the lobby floor allsay and night so nobody woukd trip from the wetness everyone was bringing in from the pool and beach. Staff welcomed us each time we entered the hotel and wished us fun on the beach when they noticed we were headed that way. The pull out bed in one of my rooms was broken and as soon as i let them know, they offered me another room. I did decline the offer cuz my 7 year old and 11 year old boys wanted to sleep on the...

"Charging $20 to check in 30 minutes early is why I won’t use this company again. Corporate greed! What happened to old fashioned common sense. The room is available. I told the lady at the counter we just want to drop our bags off and we won’t be back until midnight. We were the only people in the whole complex. She said it was policy. Best Western lost a customer for life!!"

"Beds were so comfy, breakfast had many options and the rooms were quiet. I didn't hear anyone in the halls or above me. Once in the restroom I heard the person directly next to me talking a little. The A/C fan ran continuously so I didn't need to bring mine. Great location near many foods options and fun. "

"We had a bayview room,booked last minute,we were not disappointed. From Rachel,Demetrius,Kris and everyone at front desk, housekeeping,maintenance, the morning staff at breakfast to the pool area bartender were amazing. The pool area was very clean as was the hotel. I appreciate ypu all and definitely will be revisiting!!!!"

"hotel itself was fine, and staff very friendly. Not a place you can walk around much, surrounded by other hotels and highways. But you know that going in; it's not a surprise. Air conditioner was noisy, would have been great to be able to open windows. Breakfast was convenient but please don't use styrofoam."

"The bathroom was so filthy we had to go get bathroom cleaner and clean the bathroom ourselves. The shower curtain had mold growing on it, and hair was on the sink-top. On the pillow, there was hair and the nightstand had crumbs on it. The refrigerator leaked water inside, on top of our food. "

"Hotel staff were all amazing and respectful the entire time! As soon as a room was ready for check in, they called me to let me know. My stay was comfortable, clean, decent price, and everything needed for a great get away. Marina and ferry landing in view of the hotel and a bonus bar on the property upstairs. You get what you pay for and at this property you get everything and more. I went back the next day and stayed another night and was very impressed. "

"The staff was amazing! We had a little hiccup with reservations but they were able help me! The property was clean but the rooms need a little update. The handle was broken in the bathroom, the lamp has rust on it and what looked to me stains. The lobby was very clean and smelled good! Over all I would stay again 50 times over. "
