Clean rooms and friendly staff. However I was there towards the end of the ski season and there was noticeably less staff around to help with bags and ski equipment when checking in, but I guess this is expected when visiting outside of peak season

Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, Lake Buena Vista/Orlando
I’d recommend that others check this place out. We only had a short stay and really would have tried to enjoy a longer stay. Maybe next time. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The property is gorgeous and vast. Really would like to say that I’d stay there again. Oh…well we are but maybe next time ...
