"The room was clean and comfortable; it was replete with all the amenities including full refrigerator, oven, microwave, kitchen sink and TV. The bathroom was roomy and very functional. The breakfast was really amazing with a plethora of choices. Everything tasted great. The staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating. Parking was easy and safe. I would visit this hotel again and again."

"The person who checked me in was very unfriendly - didn’t return my greeting, wouldn’t make eye contact or answer my questions, didn’t give me any information about the property - just thrust my keys at me and pointed to the elevator. Another guest had to show me how to use my key to get to my floor. There was no clock in the room at all, and the phone didn’t work. The room was clean but everything looks really cheap and the whole place looks like it was built in two weeks. I had to run a fan sound on my phone because you can hear every hiccup from the hall. It’s cheap compared to other hotels but there are reasons for that, I guess. "
