Booked online for a room that they didn’t have available, got 2queens instead of a king, there were no bottle of waters in vending machine or at front desk, no cups in room for the coffee machine. And when I checked out Expedia charged me when I booked and the hotel charged me as well. Now on the line for a refund on one of the charges. The only thing I enjoyed was a clean room but towels are rough.
