After a long, rough drive, that left me worn out this definitely didn’t help my mood—but the front desk handled it well and quickly took care of me. "This hotel is an absolute no go! I arrived at the hotel with my family of 15 for my college graduation. I was told by front desk staff that our five rooms were not on reservation anymore because they run off a first come first serve system regardless of us having these reservations for months prior to the day. There was no real manger onsite and the gentleman was rude and try to fight with us. There was people drinking in the lobby and more. This hotel is not nothing like the pictures horrible...
