"initially, I was upset because I was charged then told that my reservation was not in the system. Upon further review, the manager quickly alerted me that I had booked for Sunday and not Saturday as I had originally thought. she was patient and very professional and accommodating me although it was my error. I owe her tremendous gratitude and great customer service followed. The room I had was clean recently remodeled and she took a negative and turned to a positive. Thank you both."

"The bed is comfortable and clean. The room is very spacious and a plus is there is a refrigerator. Also, lots of restaurants and a grocery store walking distance. I think the only down side is there is no elevator. This is my 3rd stay here, I will be booking again on our next visit since its right next door to ucla calabasas, which is very convenient for my daughter's doctors appointment. "
"We stayed (one night) while visiting the Reagan Library. The hotel is less than 2 miles from the Library making it an easy visit. The hotel is very clean, and super quiet, with a better than average breakfast included. Would stay here again."
"It is not a typical hotel. Check-in is via a kiosk which went smoothly enough for us but I imagine if that malfunctioned it would leave some people stuck. The parking lot is small and even though we paid for parking, it was full when we got there. We were able to talk to the virtual clerk who cleared us to park in the handicap just for the night. The room itself is small but clean. "
"The hotel is under renovation on the ground floor which make guests uncomfortable with the air pollution and very dusty. The construction haven’t protected the environment and guests."
