"The breakfast was great……scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns and many more things. You don’t often get a hot breakfast when it is free with your stay. The staff was more than great and we have no complaints."

"I couldn't sleep from dogs barking and doors banging. No shampoo in the shower and hair dryer broken."

"In the morning there was a plumbing issue, resulting in the water being shut off in our room. When brought to the staffs attention, they quickly got us another room to use as a bathroom not requiring us to move. Essentially we had two rooms for the morning."

"Such a hidden gem of a resort. Beautiful location on the St Lawrence River overlooking the Adirondack mountains which you can see in the distance. The location and resort was beautiful and had incredible amenities. Spa was very nice, lap pool, Jet Set Pub had some of the best food I’ve had in a long time and all the staff where very helpful and friendly. My only minor criticism is the first room I had was a connecting room which wasn’t sound proof at all and I had to move to a more quiet room....
