Unfortunately, the elevator is not working during my stay. The overall condition of the building and rooms needs some renovation, but it did cost less. What I like best is the customer service of the front office staff, who made me feel safe and accommodated.

we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view over the valley and Battleford. The breakfast was really good too. It was only for one night but will certainly be back the next time we are in the Battlefords.

All was good except bathroom.

Staff very friendly. Room was decent but the bath tub was very dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Very quiet location which was nice.

Great Staff But…

While I understand it’s a budget hotel, I still expect things to be clean. The toilet was dirty, furniture was dirty, bathroom had mold and hair all over as did some of the sheets, and there was graffiti on the walls. I will stay the staff were excellent and I did not have the breakfast, but based on the cleanliness of the room I will not be back.
