Clean, comfortable. Very good room with good handicapped accessories. Bed too high for me and coffee pot too high also I'm only 5' 1/2". You can have breakfast with coffee there.

Great value for the price. The staff was very nice. Nice room size with decent size fridge (bigger than the standard box sized ones). The only down side was the fitness room had very limited equipment. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

ISU homecoming weekend fun
Very clean and comfortable stay, bed was newer and supportive. Nice to have a cushion chair and couch in the room. Spacious room and easy parking.

I NEVER leave reviews however my stay here was that bad! For starters the room was dirty and the frig was just disgusting. The shower had hair in it plus the knob was broken. Literally had to rearrange the room to have enough space to get pull out the bed from the sleeper sofa then only to find ants in it!! Also had some creepy dude just sitting in the lobby all night, it was very strange since it was clear he didn't work there. Would rather sleep in my car than to ever stay here again!!!

Checking in was quick and easy. Room had cobwebs on the wall. Little black mold spots on tub. Room smelled musty. The room needs a stripped down cleaning. And mold inspection for musty smell.

The hotel was clean. Did not have sheets on pull out bed when we came. They made US come down and get them! They knew we were coming!! That is not what I would call hospitality in the hospitality business!! The pool was closed early because of cleaning. That was disappointing:(

Pool and pool area was very dirty. Elevator wass broken. Tv kept going out. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good and area clean. Room was ok.

Excellent customer service!!
We had the most amazing stay even though our trip was rained out. The front desk lady’s were amazing and so very kind. I highly recommend this hotel. First thing asked what had brought us and recommended options and places to try. Loved everyone of their recommendations! We had a fabulous get away even though it rained 10” that weekend.
