"Will start with postiive things. Staff are really nice. However, Expedia mentioned free wine bottle but never recieved it. I arrived a bit early but couldn't check in early. All night I had wierd smell from bathroom and couldn't sleep. I checked out at 6 am without even having the breakfast that was included in the stay due to feeling nauseas. Receptionist didnt even care to compensate or offer anything or ask even. AC wasnt changing to cold. Facilities are limited. Beach view from 2nd floor is so noisy from streets. I can hear all steps in the room above me. Pictures are a bit misleading as its on a highway. Maybe one day I give it another chance."

"Exactly what we expected based on the pictures of the property. Exactly what we needed. Well situated, it was close (waking distance) to everything in Piraeus. If we ever go back to Piraeus, we will go back to this hotel."

"I have stayed here many times and always choose it as my place to stay. The staff are always welcoming and helpful, the rooms are excellent, clean and comfortable. The location is great for what I need with easy access to ferries, marinas and train station. Many local restaurants and supermarkets nearby and a laundry on the corner. Superb."

"Good breakfast, and great front desk staff. There are a group of young people at the front desk that in my opinion deserve recognition for their professionalism and courteous attitudes, these young men and women made our stay at Mitsis's a memorable experience. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of a fresh drink. During our 2 day stay Maria,Fenia, Aris and kirillos, treated my family and i as if we were part of their family. While trying to brush my teeth one night, i accidentally plugged my electric dental cleaner in without the voltage transformer and cause the power to go out in our room. Aris quickly relocated us to another room an reassure me that everything was going to be ok. When i return to Piraeus, i will most definitely stay at Mitsis."

"Unfortunately had a terrible one night stay at the hotel. Despite air conditioning being a listed amenity on Expedia, the AC control was locked and not available to use. My husband and I woke around midnight and it was far too warm in the room to sleep. Spoke with a male from reception who advised there was no AC in the whole building (they only allow it in the hot summer months despite it being about 26 degrees in the room). Asked for a portable fan and he said they did not have one and to open the door. He was not pleasant to speak with and ultimately unhelpful. The rooms are absolutely not sound proof and we could hear people from upstairs walking around and moving furniture. The glass door to the patio also lets in a lot of sound and the area has busy traffic. Snacks, drinks and coffee all cost money and the only complimentary items were two small bottles of water. Fridge was unplugged and originally not working. Bathroom was very small. Not worth the money and I would recommend skipping this hotel. "
