Apart from the name, the uniforms and the soap dispenser in the room there is absolutely nothing at this hotel that even remotely resembles as Sheraton. "Nice hotel at the lake, good location if you don’t have business inside ningbo but outside. Nice amenities, friendly staff. Good mix of western and eastern."

"The advertising blurb stated that the staff spoke English. They didn't. We managed to communicate via translator apps. Every day of my stay, the staff informed me that I owed them money for my room. The amounts varied from day to day, but as I'd already paid through Expedia, getting the message across was difficult. So I just ended up smiling and nodding. The hotel was clean.
