Very nice staff. Room A/C stopped working middle of the night and room became very warm & stuffy. Tiny room so this was not comfortable at all. Nice breakfast area. Ample gated parking.

Our stay at this hotel was just average. The soundproofing was quite poor — we could hear every person walking down the hallway and noises from other rooms. Our window faced the parking lot, where there was an extremely bright light that stayed on all night. Unfortunately, there was a large gap between the curtains and the wall, so our room was never really dark. The pillows were extremely high and bulky, making them very uncomfortable, and none of us slept well because of all these issues. On top of that, the room we got was not as described. We booked a room with one double bed and two single beds, but we actually received one double bed, one single bed, and a mattress placed on the floor between the two. It was very inconvenient and disappointing.

Dated, poorly maintained room.

Said to be a superior room!!! Damaged wallpaper, curtains hanging off, bathroom grouting dirty. Reception lady was nice and helpful but the room was horrible.

Expérience d'une seule nuit en semaine. Personnel très aimable, chambre propre, rien a redire. Malheureusement on entend les chambres voisines (ronflements, fille au téléphone, Chien qui aboie). Réveillée à partir de 5h avec tous les claquements de portes (svp apprenez a fermer une porte correctement). Et parking avec trop de racines/goudrons qui ressortent, difficile à faire les manœuvres sans abîmer le bas de caisse de la voiture.
